Good Life Properties, LLC was established with the principal mission of providing attractive and affordable rental property in the North St. Louis County area, particularly Ferguson. As residents of Ferguson ourselves, we take great pride in our community. It is our goal to offer tenants a positive experience with both the house they call home and the neighborhood in which they live. Each new property we purchase is brought up to our own strict standards before being offered. If we wouldn't want to live in it, we wouldn't want someone else living in it either. Kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are standard in every house, and some properties include additional appliances. Good Life Properties, LLC offers a standard 12 month lease as well as a lease/purchase option. There are no hidden fees or outrageous down payments as part of this option. We will apply a portion of the monthly rent paid on time toward the purchase price. We understand that less-than-perfect credit takes time to rebuild. We will work with the tenant to establish a suitable time frame for the purchase option.
